I am a creative instructional designer and eLearning developer who conducts needs analyses to determine desired behavior changes that align with organizational goals. I design and implement engaging modules utilizing diverse delivery methods, including instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and eLearning, to achieve specific learning objectives. I foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and learners to craft and deliver effective learning solutions. 

In my personal life, I enjoy solving puzzles, winning at board games, reading, spending time with my family, and traveling.
